I shouldn't have waited so long! like all good Swiss restaurants, the ingredients are as local as possible and of best quality. the owner immediately welcomes all visitors and describes the dishes in detail. the boar was fantastic. chf 30 for a burrito is very expensive according to American standards until they look at what they get. I was amazed at the size of the burrito and the amount of pork in it. the taste and the sauces available were spectacular. this restaurant will always be on my list when I am in ch. wonderful eating and service. I tell all the other employees of my company who stay in the nearby hotel to try it.
