we went to this restaurant to eat. the half of the card was not in stock, which they could tell us from the beginning. We were 4 of us and were given one menu card! Whereas the other people in the restaurant (mostly Swiss) were given one each.We were not even given bread that the waiter gave to every other table.Rude service to non locals.We ordered penne and got spaghetti, when asked he says the sauce is same so what is the big deal. The pasta was almost cold and tasteless.The Grand Caprese salad (main meal section) has about 5 slices of cheese and tomatoes. Only good thing is the view, but with such rude service we wish we had left.
It's impossible ! The service is so late and disorganized ! The food is not good at all! Horrible experience! We went as a couple and we were served separately ! My husband had his dessert after 5 minutes and my dessert after 45 minutes and 4 times ordered was not there so we left without having dessert! There is a big confusion with half pension and they won't explain it well so at restaurant every one was confused !!! A real disaster !!!
