I went on Wednesday to the white rössli with a friend of mine to lunch. we chose one of the menus of the day and were both very satisfied with the directed. eating is always great, and...with the menu option they can be sure that quantity, quality and price are on the Rendez-Vous. if they find nothing in the daily menu that they enjoy, the normal menu also has a great choice of dress. this restaurant is one of my favourite foods, as they can enjoy the real taste of eating, as it is not overcooked or covered with sauce. it is always pleasant to eat there, whether for lunch or dinner. I'm going back.
we visited the restaurant last night in mettmenstetten during the visit of the family. the service was very good for the two and years old children in the family. we have enjoyed a series of dressed, including the hot stone' horses filet Steak,...Kalbsleberli with rosti and weinerschnitzel with salat. prices are of course expensive according to Australian standards, but are average for the Swiss. great location, beautiful service and good food. that enjoyed it very much.
my man and I live near this restaurant and it is one of our favourites to eat. eating is fantastic! the hot stones are amazing! and the people who work there are very friendly. if they want an evening, outside where they will enjoy themselves and eating, this is the definitiw of the place to go!
the buffet was absolutely poor with only various dresses and no appetizers except a green salad with French sauce! I think the owner doesn't know anything about thaifood! I'm sorry, but we've been very disappointed there! the flyer of the buffet looked so good. but what we got was terrible! never again!
Friends invited us to join them. They like it but my wife was quite disappointed over a cold fillet mignon. My lamb chops Tessiner Art were right and the thai dishes of our fiends agreed with them. The neighbor table was happy too with their.. steak on hot stone'. The lady server was a little blunt in her language and that bothered us some. I dont need to go back. The place would be very historic and deserves a higher level of sofistication for fine dining.
