The lady owner is mostly present and watches that all goes well. For me, it is since years the must have stop on the way to or from Adelboden. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday it is closed and don't expect to find a homepage or a menu card in English, but they will surely help you and what is nicer then to meet local people
