The “Ristorante-Pensione Novaggio” offers a homemade cuisine, where a particular attention is reserved to the specialties of the Valtellina that enclose in itself all their tradition and richness of genuine and sincere flavors of its valleys. The rustic environment offers a pleasant and hospitable atmosphere in its simplicity. On the occasion of our visit we naturally chose to taste Valtellinesi specialties. In order not to miss anything, we asked the chef to prepare a mixture of appetizers composed of: “Chisciöi” – “Sciatt” – “Manfrigole alla grosina” – “Bresaola”; to follow obviously we could only choose the typical and renowned “Pizzoccheri”. All we had the pleasure of tasting is excellent!a note of merit is definitely made to the portions - really very generous - and the raw materials used since they are of excellent quality. I stopped a couple of days for work, clean rooms without pretenses I was on the third floor so very quiet, excellent cuisine owners kind, wi fi in room very useful for work.
