the old bar house is a wonderful place, and the service was friendly all night and flowed (but a little at the limit.) the kitchen unfortunately could not really convince us this evening. the wild-sweeinterrine to the appetizer tasted wonderful, but was accompanied by a small salad with a rather aggressive sauce, which at all did not harmonize with the terrinne. the gans (brust and leg part) and also the red herb tasted again excellent, whereas the wild boars disappointed: very thin, through and through cooked. the nusscrust was too thick and completely papped the taste of the meat. there would have been less much more. meat and nuts is not a simple combination, and here it was not mastered. the burned cream to dessert was then just as a hit as the sorbets and the micelle.
