we enjoyed eating (appetizer, main course and dessert) from a to z. the spears are prepared with much love for detail, which we particularly appreciated.Leider had no kisses in the garden industry, which could be animated for longer sitting.The whole evening we were served exclusively by trainers, which however fulfilled their tasks very well. Nevertheless, we would like to recommend that we show ourselves very briefly and to mark something presence.

we were invited by friends, and were just two times enthusiastic. on the one hand, from the beautiful bar construction with its hospitable stubs (everything occupied!,) on the other hand from the excellent services of the kitchen and the friendly and attentive services - all learning notabene. price / performance is true, compared to the local in the city zürich already almost favorable. we're happy to come back!
the old bar house is a wonderful place, and the service was friendly all night and flowed (but a little at the limit.) the kitchen unfortunately could not really convince us this evening. the wild-sweeinterrine to the appetizer tasted wonderful, but was accompanied by a small salad with a rather aggressive sauce, which at all did not harmonize with the terrinne. the gans (brust and leg part) and also the red herb tasted again excellent, whereas the wild boars disappointed: very thin, through and through cooked. the nusscrust was too thick and completely papped the taste of the meat. there would have been less much more. meat and nuts is not a simple combination, and here it was not mastered. the burned cream to dessert was then just as a hit as the sorbets and the micelle.
we visit the brains when it goes every year on the occasion of an autumn hike and were never disappointed. the restaurant is located in a magnificently restored over three hundred years old house in the historic village core. the choice on the menu is not huge, for that all dishes come freshly prepared on the table and are of best quality. we had wildly presented from native jagd, perfectly fried, on a light sauce and very beautiful. the red herb alone would have been worth the visit!The focus of the wine card is regional growth, but it also offers something for every taste.Very attentive and friendly service.
