Schöne Atmosphäre, besonders im Sommer auf der Terrasse. Sie haben eine vielfältige Auswahl an feinen italienischen Gerichten und das Servicepersonal leistet großartige Arbeit. Ich persönlich empfehle die Fischgerichte, die frisch zubereitet und lecker sind. Die Preise sind zwar recht hoch, aber es lohnt sich.
Mittagessen draußen für 7 Personen plus Hund. Wirklich entspannend, draußen am Fluss zu sitzen. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service mit einem Kellner, der mehr als eine flüchtige Ähnlichkeit mit Jake Ballard aus Scandal hatte! Tolles Essen in fantastischer Lage. Sie haben sogar Wasser für den Hund mitgebracht – danke!
What a wonderful evening sitting outside On a shaded patio next to the river in Olten. Fresh fish is their specialty & they do it extremely well. To begin our repast, we chose steamed mussels in a rich tomato/white wine sauce. Next, a great Caesar salad was enjoyed wth homemade croutons and hand shaved Parmesan. Sea bass (cooked in foil with tomatoes/spices) & turbot (specialty of week) were both presented with an assortment of fresh vegetables @ potatoes. For desert, we shared a delicious fruit pans cotta.In addition, the restaurant features an assortment of well priced & unusual Italian wines. Would love to know that we could visit this restaurant on a regular basis.
Truly Italian atmosphere in Olten, I recommend the tuna. very friendly, it's better to book on weekdays for lunch.
Very nice welcoming place with the possibility (in hot days) to seat outside in the veranda and enjoy the Aare river. The mixed salad was great but with some too big pieces of leaves. The entrecôte was well done on the outside, but inside dispite the nice pink/red colour was a bit dry. The desserts : ice cream, tiramisu etc were great.
The terrace is indeed very nice however although the place was not even half full, we waited too long to receive our dishes. In addition to that when we tried to ask the owner about our order he was very rude and didn't even allow us to speak.
We visited this great restuarent on a saturday evening. We hadnt booked but managed to secure the last available table indoors! We were waited on superbly by all the staff, and they accomodated our lack of German speaking very well! Food was really amazing, and I think very suitably priced! Presentstion was great and most importantly everything we had tasted perfect! Would definitely return!
We have celebrated a few birthdays here. they are always happy to accomodate groups with a booking. the food is consistently of a high standard. would recommend
