I was in Pontresina, in the hotel where I stayed there was this restaurant that without many pretenses offered a dinner with well cooked food. there was no great choice in the menu, but what was offered was well cooked and pleasant to the goto . It is therefore recommended for those who stay in the hotel on which the restaurant insists to enjoy the services offered by the hotel.
eating in au premier was a highlight of our stay in engadin. although the menu looked very delicious, we decided to order à la carte and were very happy with our decision. both vegetarian dishes ( pumpkin cream soup, tagliatelle with mushrooms) as well as meat dishes (tartartar and bark fillet!) were gorgeously tasted! we are completely convinced and would immediately eat again in au premier.
the au premier is the hotel restaurant from the Swiss farm in pontresina. every evening you can choose between a 4 course or 3 course menu or even eat a la card. the service is tasty, friendly and very competent. the wine card has all that desires the heart. also the kitchen makes a super eating. all fresh and delicious. you can really say that it is one of the best restaurants in pontresina and surroundings. we will be coming back
Sehr gute Speisenauswahl (abends), abwechslungsreich und mehrere Optionen (Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch). Qualität, gut präsentiert. Der Wert des Weines ist zu hoch.
Das Restaurant auf dem Schweizer Bauernhof in Pontresina bietet eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken in ausgezeichneter Qualität.
Das Essen im au premier war ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts im Engadin. Obwohl auch das Menu sehr lecker aussah, entschieden wir uns à la carte zu bestellen und waren sehr happy mit unserer Entscheidung. Sowohl vegetarische Gerichte (Kürbiscremesuppe, Tagliatelle mit Pilzen als auch die Fleischgerichte (Tartar und das Rindsfilet!! waren traumhaft abgeschmeckt! Wir sind restlos überzeugt und würden sofort wieder im au premier essen.
