... it's hard to get around to trying the rest of the menu. However, having visited Le Cacib for many years I have also had that pleasure. The pastas are to die for, and they've even added Linguini alle Vongole to the menu. The sausage...pasta is also a favorite. I've tried their steaks and always thought they were delicious. One of these days, if I'm ever hungry enough, I'd like to try the Gambas a Gogo (all you can eat shrimp). But, back to the pizza. They hit it right on the button. The dough makes a medium-thick crust that puffs up so you get a crisp bottom and edge with a softer center where the tomato sauce and toppings live. The tomato sauce and cheese are plentiful and just right. Reminds me of the pizza I used to get when I was a kid. (I do miss the old Pizza Vulcano spicy salame, bolets and ruccola hint, hint Oh and they're open on Sundays.
