We found this place in the centre square of the shops. We were visiting our son to see our new grandson and we loved to walk through the park and finish off at this lovely place. The staff were warm and friendly, the shop lovely and clean. We had an assortment of cakes and pastries which we enjoyed. The coffee was very good. We will certainly be coming here again!
I like this place as it s near if all shops I usually visiting to do my shopping , and further more it s amazing place so Cosy with multi choices of chocolate and drinks, the waitresses so nice , it can be more family place in the afternoon time , I like this place
Founded in 1935 as the first Basel specialty confectionary selling home made truffles and pralines. Overwhelming choice of more than 90 varieties, or rather creations, hand crafted rather than hand made, beautifully displayed and truly delicious. Chocolate coated Murcia almonds and Plum Cake are absolutely fabulous!
Very good hot Home Made chocolate. In Riehen Dorf very Central. They also have wonderful Desserts. You can also take breakfast. Everything is really very good.
A confiserie where you are spoilt for choice of delicious cakes. Very friendly waitress service too. Thoroughly recommend.
Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts in Riehen in diesem Café vorbeigeschaut und das köstlichste Essen gegessen. Wir hatten eine sehr leckere herzhafte Pastete, gefolgt von der erlesensten, mit Marzipan überzogenen Zitronen-Sahne-Biskuittorte, die so leicht war, und ein äußerst köstliches Erdbeertörtchen, dessen Innenseite mit dunkler Schokolade überzogen war, begleitet von Kaffee und Earl-Grey-Tee. Das Essen wurde hübsch auf Silbertabletts mit Serviette und Silberbesteck präsentiert. Die Sitze in diesem gemütlichen Café sind bequem und das Personal freundlich und der Service gut. Das Café ist sauber und verfügt über gute Toiletten.
