Ich hatte Thunfisch-Carpaccio und Seezungenfilet, es war einfach unglaublich. Nicht billig, aber die Qualität ist da, schöne Präsentation. Der Service ist top, die Mahlzeiten sind fantastisch. Lass uns nochmal gehen. Leider kann ich aufgrund eines Fehlers in der App keine Fotos posten, aber das ist sehr gut.
Wir wohnten im Hotel und waren zu müde, um auszugehen, also haben wir dort gegessen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, es schmeckte köstlich, frisch und die Qualität war sehr, sehr gut. Die Vorspeisen waren üppig, das Lachstatar und auch das Rindertatar. Das Netz war auch de.i Haus und alle waren zufrieden. Es war besser als ich Ecole ja von einem kleinen Hotel in einer kleinen Stadt!!
We had the Tagesmenü (special of the day) which was grilled Bratwurst with a demi-glazed sauce, mashed potato and boiled Broccoli. Service could be improved even if the restaurant was crowded. Waitress forgot our beer. And we were asked to order even though one member of our party hasn't arrived.
I've been in this hotel and restaurant 3 or 4 times when I travelled in Rotkreuz for my job. The food is good and the menu changes every time I'm here. I had both meat and fish and the quality of the cuts is good. Probably a lack in term of execution. The moder ambient is warm and you can even have just a drink.The rooms of the hotel are modern and comfortable.
The hotel and the restaurant has an modern ambient and is a lot frequented by business travelers. The restaurant is magnificent, with a great selection of wines. You should try beefsteak tatar asian style or duo of veal. It was delicious!
I have tried the weekly menus and cant remember if i have ever been disappointed. Delicious food . Warm host. fast Service. Would just like more better variety in vegetarian options.
We've been twice in this Restaurant. Both times the menu looked exciting with ambition to make it gourmet, or even almost exotic. However the food was more then average. Good ideas were killed with cream source or whipped cream, which was added almost everywhere, a lot of ingredients that don't fit together, but each in itself look exciting and expensive. Overkill. Heavy food. Both times I had stomach problems after. Slow and unfriendly service. For me it looked like an ambition to present a gourmet experience to people who never had it before. Not inexpensive, especially considering what you get.The bar is nice though, so I would recommend this place for drinks.
Great night out well looked after by the staff. No complaints food was excellent served quickly and efficiently without waiting too long
