We ate there when we stayed in there area on are way to a river cruise. they had a special at lunch one was schnitzel and we both had at it was fanatic nice size portion and the price was good we just had to figure out the menu and we did as we as speak English and french would g back if we are in the area again
Great food and ambience!! The best Cordon Bleu no doubt! Service is perfect and the staff is very friendly.
This is the second time I have eaten here while staying in Zurich.The food is Swiss/German and always delicious. The waitress was very nice and patient while we were translating the menu. I had the stroganoff and my colleague had the veal schnitzel. Both dishes were as aesthetically appealing as they were tasty. The menus are set with 4-5 choices for the day, the prices were also a pleasant surprise for the area. I would definitely recommend Restaurant Henry if you are in the area.But go early , they fill up fast.
Morning, noon or night, what a great place. Espresso here, phenomenal. Cocktails here, phenomenal. (Oddly, its the mojitos that will knock your socks off). Also, great small bites and tapas. This is one of the in places to be on this side of the Limmat. Crowded, but not too crowded and people of all ages. You can sit inside at individual or communal tables, or outside on the large patio.Service here was über friendly and efficient. The only sad thing was we found this place on our last few hours in Zurich.
Excellent place.... delicious food served like home prepared meal. I had lunch and they serve it with a soup, main course of your choice, dessert for very friendly price. By the way they serve an awesome cappuccino. Staff are very polite, friendly, professional and really love to look after their guests. Highly recommended.
This was the highlight meal of our entire trip! The staff and food provided for a wonderful experience. Easily one our favorite places that we will be certain to visit again. The waitress was extremely kind, patient, and tried very hard to explain things in English. The chef was around and even asked how we liked our meal! Such a great local atmosphere. Thank you!
