Schöne Zimmer, sauber, hat alles was man braucht, freundliche Personal, gute Frühstücks, sehr aufmerksam wenn jemand Geburstag hat, muss überlegen beim nächsten Mal dass wir hier wieder kommen

eating was really good, but it took time to get there forever. also the service was not great in the restaurant, a scandal really, since everything else is really good.
For us this is always the place to go for for dinner. They have a great menu. We always go for meat and it you dare, try the Chateau Briant.
We had a great lunch here four years previously, so were looking forward to our return visit. I had the Kaiserschmarrn which was different to normal it wasn't quite as well cooked as usual, came in bigger chunks than normal, and wasn't quite as sweet as I was expecting. I prefer the normal variety, so I wouldn't get it again. Paying the bill is where it got complicated as they would only accept credit cards for amounts over 20 euro, and some of us were just having coffee and cake. The real shock was when they told us that the carafe of tap water was SEVEN euro seriously! The place looks beautiful, but just go somewhere more reasonable.
Both hotel and restaurant are excellent nice food and atmosphere especially in the A la Carte zone. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful, especially Lucia many thanks to her! Nice children area
The food was great! Every meal was tasty and service was brilliant. That’s the place we loved in Samnaun. Greetings from Poland.
