Great evening in this beautiful discovery. Premetto you want to eat well and spend little time not coming to this restaurant, indeed of this level there is no propio anything like that you are at home that is better. This restaurant is like a 5-star hotel, if you're as poor as I do you go a few times in life, but when you go, you take it back forever. The prices are for me honest for the service offered and the sublime quality of the raw material. One of the best culinary experiences of my life, served manco I was a vip and ate a chateaubriand that if I were rich every time I would want meat back. Rustic but very well-kept place, so much so that in the bathroom they have custom cloth napkins, attentive service (if the glass of water is empty come to fill it ) the chef luigi a spectacular mix of sympathy, education and professionalism. The waitress definitely has a school behind to stay behind this level. On the dinner, entrance made by a mix of 3 appetizers: pea cream, salmon moose and our raw. The main course a huge chateaubriand served in 2 times with different contours: grilled vegetables and douchesse potatoes and seasoned with Spanish black salt. (Mother MIA)Mix of dessert to conclude a wonder for the palate: Nocino moose, Bavarian to the grand marnier and white chocolate moose, accompanied by 2 homemade orange chocolates. Dinner accompanied by a red Bolgheri of 2013 "caccia on the floor" excellent has hints of Sangiovese and the scent of a Tuscan wine that respects. The evening ended with a sweet wine and after coffee a cognac to the pears that divine is to say little! We ask for the account the chef gives us a bottle of Prosecco to continue the evening. paying we realized that returning to normal life is very bad. Thanks again!
