Schöne Speisekarte mit verschieden Grillspezialitäten verwöhnen auch den anspruchsvollen Gaumen, im Winter unbedingt reservieren. Das Restaurant ist praktisch am Fuße der Abfahrt direkt vor dem Sessellift sehr gut für eine Einkehr gelegen.
This was our favourite lunchtime spot during our ski holiday. The sun shone for almost the whole week and we were able to listen to some rather enjoyable 1980/90s cheesy music on the terrace. The views are breathtakingly gorgeous and the service quick and efficient. The food is simple, but good quality.
Just got back from St Anton after a long weekend ski holiday. When you are on a short break and trying to maximize your time on snow, the last thing you want is a restaurant that takes hours to acknowledge that you are there and then takes an hour and half to serve you. Having experienced that on nearby restaurants, my group and I went to the Thaja the next day. The staff were very welcoming. Great food at very good price compared to nearby restaurants. We decided to go back there a few days later. There were eight of us. I was so impressed the first time round on the speed of their service that I decide to time how long the food would take to come. 5 minutes 20 seconds from the time the last order was taken and all the food (different menu items) was delivered. PLEASE Note: This is not fast food. This is well prepared food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I suggest you reserve a table and be there on time because it can get fully booked out.Very good ambience as well.
Wonderful, accommodating staff. Great atmosphere, excellent reasonably proved food. Service superb. Much better than the overrated Hospiz Alm just below.
Excellent food, my only complaints that as this was not an isolated mountain restaurant, they could have served tap water and not only bottled. My Gulash Soup was excellent as was the Spagetti and Spaetzle. The waitress could have been friendlier. Would go back again if sling there.
Eigenlijk zitten we jaarlijks bij de Hospiz Alm. Prachtige locatie met een mooi terras maar eigenlijk is de Arlberg Taja een veel betere tent. Minder uitstraling maar strak georganiseerd. Vriendelijke medewerkers en het eten mooi vlot en gelijktijdig op tafel en verdient derhalve meer aandacht dan de iets lager gelegen Hospiz Alm. Qua gastvrijheid moet men maar eens op stage bij de Taja. Kunnen ze erg veel van leren
Unglaublich gut organisiert, freundlich und sehr gute Gerichte für eine super besuchte Hütte.Wir waren drei mal da und es war immer ausgezeichnet und Fast Food Ketten können sich eine Scheibe abschneiden wie schnell und gut man sein kann.Beste Hütte am Arlberg, gerne wieder
We stopped here a couple of times for lunch and chose their Gulaschsuppe each time. We ate both on the outside terrace and, on a day when the weather was somewhat inclement, inside, in the warm.We didn't have any trouble getting a seat and service was prompt, both in taking the order and in delivering the food. The cost was reasonable; the food was excellent. Had we not ranged so far across the ski area we would have returned here more often.
