Apres Ski Bar at the bottom of the ski slope next to the Nasserein Cable Car station. Inside is usually packed but often with people smoking. Outside is OK providing it isn't raining when the covers do not prevent water dripping in over most of the tables. Food limited to 3 snacks e.g. toasties but the goulash soup was good and prices are cheaper than other bars.
We visited the Fanghouse that is right next to bus station in St. Anton east after a long day of boarding and stopped by for some drinks on our way down. All in all we enjoyed the international atmosphere and beers we had with some cool folk from all over the place. Having said that is the bar pretty average in terms of atmosphere though. All in all satisfying and thus three out of five stars!
Asked for a diet coke... looked at me as if I was asked for the impossible (no beer I almost ordered) 4.10€, buy card on... “no money?” I’m sorry... asked 3 more times during huffing and puffing, finally getting her card machine out and... then it goes on to invite me to slack me to the guy at the end of the bar
We went out for beer after a long day and fortunately found a table inside when it actually rained outside. The beers were very welcome and so we had another round. Very loud, because many guys are answering, but that's what... it's all about me. Just a little point was cash, just what is all about tax evasion?
I dare you to pass Fanghaus without going in. Once you're in you, you won't go until it closes. Live music.
Annual apres ski stop before your home trip. Always busy, good atmosphere and fast service to keep with the masses. A short hop, jump from the bar to the main staircase down to the bus stop.
Great atmosphere here with good live music. Sat in the afternoon sun with like minded peopl3 having fun. Great service, especially the English guy which makes a pleasant change! A few free shots to keep us going. We found it far nicer than the man6...we had read about.
We were fortunate enough to be able to visit Fanghouse again, this time with a group of friends. Partying is taken to a next level thanks to Hasse, Sonia, Veronica and the rest of the Staff. Encouraged by a downpour of shots we nearly took...the roof of that place that night. Excellent live music completed the evening. Do plan some time in a wellness facility the next day, you’ll need it. Awesome night!
