Don't visit during lunchtime. Overcrowded though service can be fast / or slow. Live band Friday afternoon was great.

Very nice alm directly at the upper station of the Planai gondola. It's a typical Austrian wooden building across 2 floors with a big outside seating area. And the view is just wonderful, you can nicely see the Dachstein and other high mountains in the area. On the food side, we were very pleased with the Kasnocken (almost the best we've had), however the Kaiserschmarrn wasn't that good. Also, the service was rather intermediate; our table was dirty and not cleaned until we did it ourselves and we had to wait quit long for paying. However it was also rather busy, so it's still one of the best places up there!

excellent place for at lovely pizza lunch from stone oven and a very freindly service with a smile, great place for the hole family. The terrass is very nice in the sun for afterski and chill after a lovely day skiing and very close to the lift, of you dont have the energy to ski down after relaxing.

Unfortunately, we discovered the place in the last day. After all the previous tries we decided that's the only place for a great lunch on the slopes.Great Austrian food, very good service, even in the rush hour (real congrats to army of chefs and waiters) and, finally, a real espresso. It's the only place, up in the mountains, you can find a real one.Very nice salads, good pastas and great pizzas, as well, for those who want some Mediterranean flavor in Austrian Mountains. Definitely, this is going to be our place for lunch, up in the Planai resort, from now on.

This is the apre ski place for the sunny afternoon, drinks and music for chilloutAnd it at the top of Planai, so be shure you can manage the hill, or take the lift before 16:15hThey also have good food for lunch, but be careful, you will stay too long.

I tried to visit the restaurant on 01.04.2017 about 13 hours, I sat down and waited about 15-20 minutes. Waiters work fast, the restaurant was almost full. Several times I prayed waiter to give my order, but they told me please wait. Food they wore looked and smelled delicious, but I stayed hungry.

Ordered first and second course. Brought second first. Food is nothing special, staff unfriendly, rude ... Do not go there.

Realy nice place, good food, nice and kind staff, standard prices. We visited this place twice during our vacation on ski. Perfect position. Recommended. :)
