Just a good pizza restaurant. Pizza's are good of size and the taste was good. You can pick your own toppings for the pizza.
We visited Onkel Tom on a Friday evening for dinner. The food (Tapas, Pizza, Steak-Sandwich, Dessert) was quite good. We reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. To our perception, the waiters wanted to serve as fast as possible in order to get rid of us. Therefore, it was not so comfortable. If you just want to eat quickly, it is probably a good place. But if you want to have a cozy dinner, I would recommend another place.
Some of the nicest food we've eaten in Solden, but the service was woeful. We were met with a miserable grunt as we walked in at 9:10pm and we were almost hurried out upon finishing our meal. Such a shame.
We had a nice time being here and the food was very good. Good value for money and some nice desserts. However, the waitress seemed a bit moody because she did not make any contact and acted like she was in a hurry every time.
This a cozy place which gave us a nice, warm feeling. One nice thing was that there was a list of ingredients from which you could choose for your pizza. Each of us chose different ingredients and we were all satisfied with quality and taste. The only negative point was that one of the staff was a bit aggressive in responding our request if we can sit at a certain table which was not occupied. So it felt you have no choice but accept what they give you.
Next to our hotel we turned here twice and had pasta and meat dishes, with a homemade chocolate mousse finish. Well worth the money, the meat pieces were of good quality and bigger than expected. Give it a try.
We stayed in the hotel opposite but missed this place until the last day. Staff were great and remembered an order for 8, 2 courses and drinks without needing to write it down! Best steak of the holiday and the cheapest. Definitely worth a visit.
Food was good, but why we were given a table next to tre trunk guys (dutch?)who we really loudy. There was other tables free. Nobody of the personel ask the guys to calm down.
