First rate dining here is sometimes a little slow. Although pricy for an auberge de campagne, this newer addition to Sorens is appreciated for its traditional dishes.
we came for a meal at 12 people, the welcome was top, the waiter is really great, but the food is really bof! I took a hamburger, but who wasn't one, it was a cheese because there was cheese! It was really not great, very very fat, I couldn't finish it...and frankly I was shocked by the prices they practice, very dear!!!Damn because it is a small village restaurant that could be nice.
with a couple of friends we have dinner in this establishment, generous and neat meal, plus the server is very nice and attentive. we will no doubt return
service by a very adequate and very funny server, available, we enjoyed various different entries, dishes and desserts and everything was really good. quality / price unquestionable. Very good rum coktail. We'll be back.

We went there with our two children (4.5 and 7 years old.) called at 1 pm to find out if we could still come to eat (we were 20 minutes by car), we are told that there is no problem. very warm welcome during our arrival. the card is not provided but of quality and the dishes hunt really appreciable. we order a plate of the card for our two children, and the waitress takes care to ask us if they also want a small salad for the entrance. The deer medallions were very well cooked, the very pleasant trimmings (small mention for the späzli!.) during meals, we are asked if everything is right, but they also take care to worry about it with our children (which is quite rare to raise it!) the chef also goes to tighten us the hand after the meal while the children play out on the specially appointed play place. at the time of the check, the restaurant does not take the cards, we are suggested the bancomat a few meters away. Since this one is out, we are very spontaneously and confidently told not to do so, and they are willingly sending the bill.
One night a week, we came to eat the traditional hunting. Unfortunately, the result was not very conclusive. First of all, one of us ordered a glass of 5dl of rivella, it was a treasure hunt to find the elixir through ice cubes. the main dish suggested asking us whether it was a child dish, and the pasta (in margarine) were clearly too cooked, the presentation of the meat was not enough, ... the prices were far too high for the quality of the dishes. Having a good reputation (this restaurant) we were deeply disappointed. Maybe it was a bad night?
Great address! excellent value for money! quality products! small varied card for all tastes. and in bonus a warm welcome in a renovated restaurant!
