They have a table for two people when they call, but as soon as we announce that we have a greedy passport it is no longer possible to come. (so sunny day boss knew in advance that he could fill the dining room without us)
They have a fairly large menu, and you can spend enough money. but it can also eat for about 20 francs per person. The waitress was very nice. It wasn't very full, so we didn't have to wait long. have the blue cord, beef fillets with various fillers. That costs 22 francs and it's pretty good.

We ate with the greedy passport. really top!!! a beautiful card! big plates and very good!!! even had the right to a small glass of homemade plum offered after the meal. We were really happy! strongly recommend
has the difference of tourist traps on the port, the krone offers a very original map and succulent dishes. It was my first ziger soup (a ice-cold cheese.) the Celeris salad, apples, nuts and fennel, has yogurt sauce and accompanied with piquant patate purée with paprika: a refreshing delight! All at a very affordable price and served very nicely! a rare combination in Swiss!
the Spargel-Cordonbleu and the Emmental-Cordonbleu with pommes were sensational! the service was very attentive, friendly, speditiw - but at the same time not intrusive. all in all a completely successful evening. we had nothing to complain about and would come back at any time.
nice service and good economical. sauce hollandaise can be better and not smell. otherwise good and cozy.
on our Swiss trip the first evening was planned in spiez. on the way to the hotel we came past the restaurant krone, which delighted us with its large selection of rösti and cordonbleues. We went to dinner and got a nice table (no. 10 ;-)). the very friendly service brought us the menus and after ordering the gruss from the kitchen. this alone was already excellent. then came the cordonbleues - the madness! delicate meat, crispy panade and a magnificent filling. also the supplements were great! the next stop in spiez is planned mainly because of the restaurant krone! many thanks for the excellent eating and the great service!
