Der Grieswirt Tisch reservieren

I think that one of the staff members was having a bad night when we were there. She was snapping at everyone, colleagues included. And since we chose to eat inside, rather than outside, we had a front row seat.The food was fine, quick service and our waitress was very nice. However, the ambience inside left a lot to be desired...maybe because there were very few of us inside and we were seated right by the work station and near the bar. Also, lots of flies this time of year.I think if you ate on the outside deck, it would be a different experience but the 'behind the scenes' look left much to be desired. I think there are better places to eat in St Anton.

Just looking for a quick lunch on the way back home. Finding a restaurant in st. Anton which was open was alredy a challenge, so we ended up at "Der Grieswirt". The service was fast, suddenly there was no power in the restaurant, a fuse blown!. Within a few minutes there was light again and the kitchen was up and running. I had a Speckknödelsoup, which was very nice and almost a main course (big portion) the Zwiebelrostbraten which followed wa a challenge for the knife supplied. Top 2 millimiters were a big, tough crust, the the following centimeter was well done and the last centimeter was rare. Overall the result was medium but it was one of the most mistreated pieces of meat I had. Is the place easy to find, yes, it is in the middle of St. Anton. Parkingplaces are outside the village and a bus is transporting you around. Good concept.Will I recommend it, not really, suppose there are better cooks in St Anton.

We had our last dinner at Der Grieswirt at the recommendation of our hotel.We had the steak tartare for starters which was delicious. For our main course, my husband had the ravioli and I had potatoes with beef and an egg. Both were very tasty.They also have gluten free options.The staff were friendly and attentive.

Their signature dish was really great, especially combined with the currant jelly. Service was a little disjointed but otherwise it was a good lunch.

We always have a meal here the service and food are great for Hungary skiers.The staff are very efficient and knowledgeable.

Conveniently located just a few blocks from the center of town and a smidge off the main road, Der Grieswirt is a restaurant worth visiting. The dishes were delicious - the venison and char were particular standouts, the service friendly and the atmosphere very warm and cozy. If you need a convenient restaurant to eat at that's near the tobogganing hill, this is your place.

Very good local cuisine and service in traditional Tyrolean dress. We had a wiener-schnitzel and that fitted perfectly in this restaurant. Bigger groups should definitely make a reservation.

Comfortable and relaxed restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. The menu offered traditional Austrian food which although not fine dining was tasty and substantial. The wine list is rather limited and sold by the glass. Overall, good value for money
