Abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo locale spinti dalle recensioni (purtroppo dopo abbiamo realizzato il motivo per cui erano tutte straniere..) e devo dire che siamo rimasti delusi.Nonostante la signora sia molto cortese, abbiamo mangiato male.Entrambi abbiamo preso solo il secondo, scegliendo un piatto tipico austriaco (bistecca di manzo con cipolle e patate e un goulasch di cervo), ne l'uno ne l'altro erano buoni, mi sento di classificarli come mediocri. con due birre abbiamo pagato poco meno di 40€.Peccato perché il ristorante gode di una bella posizione sulla valle ai margini del bosco.Difficilmente ci torneremo.

Superb restaurant set in a woodland clearing with wonderful views. A real traditional Austrian treat. Excellent English spoken which helped with a mainly German menu. Fantastic food with a great choice of venison - roe deer, red deer and Chamois. Cooked to perfection. They also had one vegetarian dish which I am told was very good. Cannot recommend this place enough. Brilliant apple fritters for pudding. Try it out if in the Sankt Johann area. You will not be disappointed.
Ein traditioneller Gasthof mit eigener Landwirtschaft! Netter Service und urgemütlich! Wir wollten noch weiter radeln aber sind dort sitzen geblieben weil es einfach soooo nett war! Und die Preise der Wahnsinn!!!! So günstig und soooo gut hab ich schon lang nicht mehr gegessen und getrunken! Für Kinder geeignet, Spielplatz vorhanden!!! Mit dem Auto kommt man dort auch hin, dann geht's nimmer weiter! Nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Radl
Very traditional place with lots of interest. Beautiful setting. Food was simple but excellent as was the beer. All our party really enjoyed the two evening meals that we had here
We were a party of 9. Staff vey attentive and helpful. Food was good especially the venison and goulash.
.... Ob Käsespätzle, Kaiserschmarrn und oder Germknödel... Als Vegetarier gut versorgt! Weil hier mit Liebe gekocht, zubereitet und serviert wird, gehe ich auch davon aus, dass auch alle Genussliebhaber verwöhnt werden. Die freudigen Lobesschmatzer an den Tischen verrieten dies :-) also auf und hin... Günstig und lecker Frisch... Bis bald
We walked here twice and on one afternoon there was an afternoon of singing and zither music...locals and tourists. Good food and beer from the Huber brewery. We loved it
