We had some lunch here after visiting the falls as the weather was still a bit miserable. A good cup of coffee and a beer ( a large one was only a franc more than a small one!.)

We hiked to Trummelbach Falls and stopped here for a bite before ascending to the top. It's cafeteria style. The food is good, relatively inexpensive, and the place is very clean. A nice interlude when hiking in the Lauterbrunnen valley.
Stopped off here for a drink and snack after visiting the Trummelbach Falls. Very reasonably priced and in excellent location for car park, and bus stops. The restaurant itself is more of a self service cafe than a full on restaurant, but cakes and snack all looked good, and the carrot cake was fresh and gorgeous
Good eats. Get the french fires - they re served up in small clay flower pots! A short postal bus ride to Lauterbrunnen.
Really not a bad spot to get a refreshment, it was less expensive than other similar cafes we'd tried, and it was nice and relaxing.
After touring Trummelbach Falls we stopped for a cappuccino and were surprised by the delicious baked goods and sandwiches offered in this lovely café. There is seating inside and outside on the terrace. Nice stop after a tour or if you pass it while hiking.
It is a self-service restaurant. The food was good, but still expensive considering it's not full service. Good in a pinch.
