I know that's a corny title, but it's the only way I can describe our night at the Flexenhausl. How else can you describe an evening that starts with champagne, moves to a delicious meal of fondue-style dining with loads of great Austrian wine and then just when you think you cannot eat or drink anymore, ends with the eruption of a dance party?! Seriously. Where did the disco light and music come from and how did we go from sitting and talking serenely to dancing on the tables and doing shots?! Crazy. And this was a Wednesday night. We had the time of our lives and one of the most memorable evenings ever. If you ever get the chance to get a table (one of 4) at this place for dinner, you will not be disappointed and will more than likely stumble out of there with a stupid grin on your face and memories to last a lifetime.
This all time classic is just fabulous and does not age. I love it as much now as I did as I did in my 20s. Lunch is typical and tasty just off the piste and the terrace is one of my absolute favourites in Zuers. This year, we spent another epic evening with a small group of friends, enjoying delicious fondue - and then danced away for several hours.
Wonderful dinner by candle light. delicious fondue. fine wines. Close to Zurs town. Great lunch place too thought we have never been for mid day meal.

Nach einem tollen Ski Vormittag hatten wir Lust auf gute Kost. Unkompliziert, easy mit Ski Klamotten (mittags) aber gute Küche - da fiel es mir wieder ein - das Flexenhäusl. Für alle Ski und nicht Skifahrer ein schönen Platz um gute frische Küche zu fairen Preisen zu genießen. Die Spareribs sind hausgemacht! Abends gibt es leckeres Fondue. Gerne immer wieder.
Freundliches Personal, tolles Essen und gemütliches, rustikales Ambiente. Die Lage ist natürlich auch Top!Lecker ist die Brotzeit-Platte, welche für 3 Hungrige perfekt geeignet ist.
