The Alder is among my best food experiences in the Bregenz Forest. The service was excellent I'm pescaterian and the staff were very accommodating with that without compromising the food choices for my partner who is a meat eater. The food was of the highest quality, the fish was fresh especially the Char! The wine selection perfectly matched each course of the meal and the staff were very knowledgeable about the wineries as well as the wine varieties. The atmosphere is very relaxed and unpretentious. I would highly recommend The Adler restaurant to anyone who is looking for a unique food experience!
