Meine Frau und ich, sonst eher skeptisch bei Lamm haben beim von Arno hervorragend zubereiteten Lammfilet absolut keinen Beigeschmack feststellen können. das ganze Essen von der fantastischen Vorspeise über die Marronisuppe und das Lammfilet waren Hammer. Mit einer Ausnahme mussten wir vor dem Dessertbuffet kapitulieren. Ich denke, Arno ist ein Spitzenkoch
