This is an amazing place, best view on the lakes, the schloss was totally redone and beautifully restored - a delight to visit. The service is friendly, the food disappointing but ok; with a better lunch menu this could be the place to go to from Salzburg. We weren't disappointed going at all though wished the food was better.
Great service, professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing with great selections of cheese, cold cuts, breads, cereals, bread, fruit etc. they also have mimosas, juices and bottled water. Amazing baked goods and coffees. You're also able to order omelettes and different egg dishes. For SPG platinum members breakfast is included in all SPG hotels even if you used points to book.

Really old style and great. Typical grand and good service wine and food. A little stuffy and needs proper dressing. But worth the effort.
Came across this hotel when looking for a nice coffee somewhere, it is absolutely stunning! We will definitely be coming here to stay one day. The balcony for the bar is great, with little wooden chairs over looking the beautiful frozen lake. Great hot chocolates delivered by the waiter. Felt very indulgent and luxurious. Can't wait to stay and see what the rest of the hotel is like.
service can be slow if you are dining with a group, the resrautant is in the same nice location as breakfast in the hotel, often you can see amazing moon outside of the window!
This is an awesome place. Indulge in old Austrian atmosphere, enjoy the perfect service and the phenomenal view.
Êating is in a castle setting is a very nice experience. very attentive stafe and the food is great and also features local dishes like fish out of the lake
