we were placed by the young service team on a beautiful window table. both the calfs carving and the bark fillet of hot stone with so-called "berner frites" were excellent. only the sweet - before the carrots - did not break on the side. the prosecco and the coffee were cheap relatiw. the service has looked after us unobtrusively. on a warmer summer evening, we would enjoy the night on the open Aare terrace.

the open court is at a top location near the great thuns old town.The hotel itself feels more like a 3 stars than a 4s. friendliness of the staff is top.
the restaurant convinces with a fine kitchen and delicious day specialities. ideal for business dinner or regular lunch menu in the city. there is also a menu pass. the service personnel - you can find nothing on the homepage (stand 8.12.2016). For the recommended, varied and large card, you can not arrive later than 13.30 clock (also the homepage does not give off). Also in the evening it is recommended for late hungry to inform you by phone beforehand if there is anything else to prepare in the kitchen. in the bar area you can also eat, but there the service often takes a little longer and is usually less attentive. Ideally, however, there are plenty of time to plan in general, as the feeds are freshly prepared and the kitchen therefore requires enough time to prepare. in the summer, of course, the outdoor area convinces with tables along the promenade.
