The place is nice, good atmosphere and food, unfortunately I wouldn't call it popular nor cheap. First of all, apart from me and my colleagues, there were only two groups of people there, and after dinner they disappeared, so the place was completely empty afterwards. The thing I really didn't like was the bill. We ordered two plates of fajitas and few jars of margaritas and we had to pay almost 1000 CHF (we were around 12 people so it was around 77 CHF per person). I recommend to check the prices well before ordering...
Truly awful. Food - the worst interpretation of mexican food. Brocolli in an enchilada? Service - lazy and slow Ambiance - stag/hen night. Vulgar, loud and nasty. Value - rip off Don't go unless you have no taste (in every sense)
staff (the manager was the only staff actually) was unpolite in the beginning (improved later, however)the decoration was ok for a "fiesta" restaurant, however as the place was empty i cannot judge the "fiesta" athmosphere that the place can reach with more guestsdrinks were dissaponting. despite of a mexican manager, they were unable to prepare a proper michelada for which salt at the edge of the cup and ice are a must, but no salt or ice came. no dark beer available either. the spicy michelada sauce used was unsufficient and no lemon juice was added either. this is not what you can expect from a mexican restaurant with a mexican managercontrarily to other critics in tripadvisor , i found the food acceptable: the burrito and the fajitas were ok and price was very decent, although only wheat tortillas are available and no maize tortillas, meaning that they do not try to offer real mexican foodthings can be improved, however the price (45 francs for two persons) is more than reasonable for zurichthe place offers different tex-mex parties that can be fine for those looking for some music, fun, margaritas and nachos however far from the real mexican food taste
Casa Loca has a great spot with plenty of nearby on street parking. Great fun ambiance with upbeat music and very friendly staff. Good margaritas and other drinks. This place really gets going on Friday and Saturday evenings. Private rooms to rent out for functions. But stay away from the food, it is mediocre at best. If you are looking for Mexican food in Zurich then Tres Kilos is the way to go.

Das Personal (der Manager war eigentlich der einzige Angestellte) war anfangs unhöflich (was sich später jedoch verbesserte). Die Dekoration war für ein Fiesta-Restaurant in Ordnung, aber da das Lokal leer war, kann ich die Fiesta-Atmosphäre, die das Lokal mit mehr Gästegetränken erreichen kann, nicht beurteilen ...waren enttäuschend. Trotz eines mexikanischen Managers konnten sie keine richtige Michaelada zubereiten, zu der sich Salz und Eis auf dem Rand des Bechers befinden mussten, aber weder Salz noch Eis kamen. Die scharfe Michelada-Sauce war nicht ausreichend und es wurde kein Zitronensaft hinzugefügt. Das ist nicht das, was sie von einem mexikanischen Restaurant mit einem mexikanischen Manager erwarten können. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Kritikern auf Tripadvisor fand ich das Wesentliche akzeptabel: Der Burrito und die Fajitas waren in Ordnung und der Preis war sehr anständig, obwohl es nur Weizen-Tortillas und keine Mais-Tortillas gibt , was bedeutet, dass sie nicht versuchen, echtes mexikanisches Essen anzubieten, was verbessert werden kann (45

I recommend this wonderful Establishment and its refined cuisine not to mention the decor , and hospitality flawless of this restaurant
