Here is my experience: In the busiest ski season, we arrive at lunchtime. The sun is high in the sky, it is plus degrees. You just want to eat outside. There is a huge terrace, where only 70% of the area is used for tables and chairs. I wonder why? A number of tables inside, they joy of the windows open and get pleasure from this. We are referred to the room inside. 30 seconds after we have been seated, we be asked want to drink. We ask for a few minutes and a menucard. The waiter turns merely around and waked away, clearly irritated. When she came back, we express our order for drinks, but have a question to the menu. This been rejected. I were simply interrupted in my question, then after, again which her back to us speaking so laud, with the entire restaurant as a spectator, give me this command, “first drinks then food order”. I ask when she came back with the drinks, “is the grill sausage made on a real barbecue. She repeats the exact same behavior and said loudly, “barbecue sausage is a barbecue sausage. The reason for my question is that I in several places have that experienced that a barbecue sausage is a sausage that comes in the fryer, which is NOT a barbecue sausage. As expected, comes exactly a sausage sailing in fat. I eat 1/8 of everything on the plate. When the table been cleared, there were no asking whether the food tasted me. No No..., instead they held a brief staff meeting at the bar, which clearly discussed what complete troublesome customers can be.I've eaten more than 20 places in Obertauern, this place I'll never entry again and the city does not deserve this type of business and tourist services.
