I return each year for the past 8 years to Les Chamois for a great meal with friends in this pleasant restaurant (atmosphere especially very cosy in the evening thanks to the fire place.) The warm welcome of the owner and chef Michel Thomas is always appreciable.

We reserved a table here at the recommendation of our hotel. We had a wonderful meal. Service was friendly and efficient. Like most Verbier restaurants they run 2 services one at 7 and another at 9. On other occasions we have felt rushed but not here. We had 3 courses, a bottle of wine and it was timed perfectly. I had the rack of lamb and it was melt in the mouth delicious, perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. My husband had veal with Morilles and was equally happy. I would highly recommend.
We were a 5-person table, served quickly. very good salad in the entrance. we took a Chinese fondue for 3, excellent broth, with Asian taste and noted as needed. a not MANQUER.Servi with good accompaniments and meat of very good quality.
