Disastrous reception by the owner. Were probably not welcome, the main thing was booked! Holding the key in your hand, go to the first floor, the last door on the left! Dirty, unkempt appearance! Totally impersonal, no reference to guests. Luckily there was the German, courteous waiter who took over the tense situation and led us to the room. Room very clean, comfortable bed with pillows and blankets! We had to pay everything in advance, no statement at the end, as is usually the case (daily statement)! I've never experienced it. Based on the experience, the first time on vacation no tip given (at least 40 years of vacation). no more eggs for the 3 minute egg Replaced items at the open buffet only upon request. No commitment from the hostess to see if everything is still there for the guests. The set, used dishes at breakfast for all guests were only cleared from the tables at the end, hence the many flies. For normal hotel guests only sliced bread, for well known Weggli and other pastries. The staff had no knowledge of German at all. Dinner: Capuns excellent and highly recommended, the second meal side dish Rösti not browned at all, the taste of bought Rösti. (reason, the oven is not working properly) No possibility to check in by car in front of the entrance. Only possible from the parking lot in 200m, not 50 meters away.
