Ich hatte mich schon sehr lange darauf gefreut, in diesem Restaurant zu essen, eine Enttäuschung, als ich dorthin ging. Wir kamen um 8:20 Uhr zwar 20 Minuten zu spät, aber wir mussten bis 11 Uhr warten, bevor wir den 1. Kurs erhalten konnten (ich sollte darauf hinweisen, dass wir bei Kindern waren, was für mich noch weniger akzeptabel ist, uns so lange warten zu lassen). Die Person, die uns diente, war sehr nett, aber zu keiner Zeit bekamen wir eine Erklärung, warum der Dienst so lange dauerte, bis ich mich beschwere. Für alle Menschen, die mit dem Gourmet-Pass dorthin gehen wollen, wissen Sie, dass Sie das Menü auf CHF 69 nehmen müssen. pro Person (das Menü ist gut, aber die Menge ist absolut nicht den Preis wert, wir hatten 2 kleine Schüsseln Reis als Begleitung, als wir waren 5 Erwachsene und ein Kind).

I tried to eat there with my family after driving up to an hour to get to this restaurant. When I asked the owner to help us in the English language. He said I do not speak this language and left us and went to talk to other customers without trying to assist me and asked somebody else to help me. Definitely, I felt that I'm not welcomed at all in his place, so I left . I do not know what to call this behaviour. It was the first time to be treated like this in Switzerland. I was really shocked with what happened to me. Please, if you do not know how to treat customers, do not deal with them. Stay in the background and make others run it for you.
