It was one of the good accomodation that i have in vienna all the staff were so cooperative the room was clean and it was a good choice for accomodation
Absolutely loved our stay here in one of the Deluxe Rooms. Room was massive and spotless. King bed firm, but very comfortable. Shower/toilet area very nice. And breakfast is great, with a fair selection. Tasty bacon!The location is perfect as well. In a nice quiet area, very clean, and well connected to Rathaus Metro Station, and trams. But not exactly required as very central. Girlfriend and I loved our visit to Vienna and Fleming's, and will definitely be back!
I think this hotel was spot on. There are loads of "picky" reviews which I believe are wrong. Great location, friendly staff, VERY accommodating as we were allowed a late checkout as well as being leant a travel adaptor. Mini Bar was free which was a nice touch.
Been on trip around Midland Europe, so far this was the perfect hotel apart from one big glaring flaw (which won't affect too much from you loving this place). Staff were wonderful, a true asset to the hotel, both during breakfast and in reception. Just wonderul people. Room was spacious and idyllic, quite quiet even in afternoon as we were living at the other end of the hotel. Hotel is situated close to Rathaus which is stunning, and 3~4 stations via U-Bahn to important stops like Stephanplz (Dome Mozarthaus, etc), Hauphbahnof, NHM, Royal Opera House etc. There is alao a Tram no 2 to take you around town to sight see which is very helpful. Breakfast was simply gorgous with a wide variety of choices where cold cuts, salmon, yogurt and specialty hot gourmet you can ask the chef to prepare for you e.g. veal meatballs, cheese and tomato omlette,etc. The one huge flaw as you can see in the picture is a bloody big transparent shower smack in the middle of the room. I'm not sure is this a "special design" or what, but as I'm not an exhibitionist, I would prefer having my own privacy in a double room. Most appreciated if I wouldn't need to see other people naked or vice versa and most likely turn around for 15 minutes and do nothing. However, the wonderful experience I had saved this huge problem. I would reccomend putting curtains over all showers like this (I know the hotel does for some) and make this optional, as it may not be the tradition to look at e.g. your mother/wife/sister/girlfriend naked in other cultures. All in all, I can't reccomend this hotel more if you stay in Vienna, its like a tourist's dream come true. However...CHANGE/PUT CURTAINS ON ALL THE SHOWERS PLEASE!
The hotel is average, the housekeeping not enough and not looks like 5 stars hotel.We should ask for soap and shampoo that the housekeeper didn't refill everyday,The room is not warm enough to this season.When we had asked for late leaving to our last day it took them three days to give us an answer.The lobby is to small and crowd.However, the breakfast was excellent, ant his location is close to the public transportation and to the palace by walking.The rooms are to small for 5stars hotel, but if you upgrade it like us, you get bigger and comfortable room. The open space bathroom is not really give you any privacy........
Room was smaller than we expected. Shower room is totally see-through with no curtains or door. Location was slightly far from the main attractions in the city centre but walkable. We walked to and fro for about 20 minutes one way. Alternatively the rathaus train station is just around the corner. Breakfast was good and possibly the thing I liked most about this hotel. Some pretty good restaurants just opposite the hotel as well.
Lovely boutique style hotel near the Vienna Rathaus, Great location for city centre and fantastic views from our 6th floor balcony room. The room was of a very high standard, very comfortable and well stocked mini bar. Breakfast was excellent and the qulity was superb.
We had an evening meal at Fleming's Brasserie & Wine Bar.The menu had a good selection of food options, we went for the chateaubriand. The steak was excellent, extremely tender and a very healthy portion of meat, this was also true for the vegetables, enough for 2 sittings.They had a good wine selection with a varied price range.The service was very good, although at the time the restaurant not busy (national holiday when we dined), but we did not feel rushed and the waiters were attentive if we required anything.We came out the restaurant absolutely stuff and would definitely recommend.
