Nice little restaurant, super service, good food. Meat was nice but a little average (except the "entrecôte rassie sur l'os", a delight!). French fries looked a little too average... A good address in Yverdon.

I ate here for lunch with a colleague. I had phoned up to reserve, and was quickly seated by the welcoming staff. Despite the below-freezing weather, inside the restaurant was cheerful, well-lit and welcoming. There were three dishes available on the daily menu, so I opted for the roast pork. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I would recommend for lunch and am sure dinner is good too!

Lost in the middle of nowhere, this restaurant try to do some efforts to keep and attract clients. You can get great food but it's not the best one around Yverdon, but it's a descent place. Price looks reasonable but do not include green salad and main dishes have limited vegetables and they are not as tasty as the meat.

We have been there twice, always happy with the food and the service we received. Meat quality was excellent, and the foie gras with caramel sauce was absolutely divine. One of the best restos we have tried. Service is good, the place is very clean, highly recommended.

Ich habe schöne Kommentare zu diesem Ort gelesen und beschlossen, es auszuprobieren. Eigentlich wollen sie unbedingt dorthin, weil die Chance, ihm zufällig zu begegnen, an diesem Ort gleich Null ist! Trotzdem war das Restaurant größer als ich erwartet hatte und voll. an einem Freitagabend (immer während der Spielsaison, sagte die Kellnerin). Sie bemühen sich, originell präsentierte Wildgerichte anzubieten und alles, was wir hatten, war sehr lecker. Der Service ist effizient, aber auch die Küche hatte nach der Nachfrage einige Probleme, also seien Sie etwas zu lange vorbereitet. Preis angemessen. sehr laut, aber insgesamt eine gute Adresse.

our sohn recommended this place and we were very satisfied that he did it! despite the outside appearance this resto is worth visiting. very friendly and efficient waitress. it was the beginning of the hunting season, so we had both filets of venison...with the usual circumcisions: brussel sprouts, red cabbage, chestnuts, birne marinated in red wine, cranberry jam and excellent crispy late zli. the venison was perfectly boiled; well stretched on the outside and very delicate in the middle. we will return!

we came after a long journey from luzern with the car, tired, but in good spirits and sport a considerable appetit! in this small and cozy restaurant, whose decor is best described as half-cocked...attempt in the urban chique, we were welcomed and sat immediately. a wall clock so big would hardly fit the halls of paris 's gare de lyon and a few brushed metal lamps do little to hide the restaurant's root as a modest industrial park dining. the courts offered are diverse and fair, creatiw. they are also well represented. the house 's signature "black burger" (which does not make a gourmetburger in these days. is quite good while we found the kalbs to be very overcooked! Perhaps the 30-minute waiting period we endured (there were only 3 tables occupied by them. explains that and then there were the prizes. a menu from mid-20 to almost 50 chf for the higher main courses, on par with many local Michelin start restaurants! all in all, the dart of the uttins puts the car in front of the horse. Note: inflated prices, huge ears and chalk board meals do not make a gourmet restaurant. the service is awfully slow, the environment is nothing special, and the love to detail is very lacking. I am satisfied to eat pasta from the grass, but for these prices and this type of waiting time, I expect an experience, I'm sorry. we will not return.
