We arrived here after about 5 hours hiking and had some nice drinks in the sun. Service is very friendly and the hut and terrace are very nice.
Came across this beautiful mountain restaurant 3 days from the end of our holiday and what a find an absolute gem, very quick service extensive food menu all freshly cooked and considering its position in the the mountains very reasonably priced.All in all a great spot to stop either for lunch or just a drink and admire the amazing views whilst soaking up the alpine sun.
the food is excellent, the terrace sunny and quiet. this is no fast food, but a lot of home made food, certainly not expensive
We've made it up with 6 year old kids and a 70 year old Grandpa. The hike up can be as easy or as difficult as you choose. When you get to the top, enjoy a relaxing Weißbier and our Kids swear by the Speckknödel.
Favourite place on the mountain. We came here most days for lunch while skiiing.Can highly recommend the Viener Schnitzel, Tiroler Grostl(fried meat ant potatoes), Tiroler Spatzl(Austrian version of Macaroni cheese) Gnocchi. all served in a frying pan.Lovely fruity red wine. Great views and pleasant staff.What more could you ask for !!
Just been there yesterday for a break in the sun with a drink during my ski day. My wife came back disappointed after she tried to order some drinks at the bar inside. All German speaking person have been served without issue, but she tried to order something, she was said that she had to go outside and make the long long queue.
We only stopped for a beer while hiking down the mountain back to Seefeld, so we did not have the food. It's a beautiful restaurant at the base of the Reitheralm lift in the ski area. The views are tremendous. We sat on the deck looking out over the city and the valleys. The beer was good and reasonably priced for up on the mountain. Our service was also good. We looked at their food menu and it looked great, although we were not at a time for eating ourselves. The interior is quaint and beautiful and the restrooms were spotless. A great stop for us.
