Was really happy to chance on this very professionally run a bakery in the little town of Zolbruck. From those little handmade chocolates shaped like hills to the humongous sandwiches, Just a really happy and fulfilling experience.
we were in many countries on the world, in many bakeries in Switzerland and the region, but a similar fine ruchbrot we did not find anywhere. also otherwise there is much fine and special.
we had decided for the little breakfast. there were two sacks after choice, a hot drink, a juice, meat, cheese, confi and butter.

best and most beautiful bakery in emmental. very innovative company, for example the Emmentaler-Högerli. if you are visiting the Emmental/Custom Bridge.
I went here for a little snack and a drink. Excellent place for good bread, croissants, cakes and tortes. You may sit upstairs or downstairs. Upstairs is more a rustic atmosphere.
The variety of sweets and sandwiches etc. is quite surprising. However, if you want to be served kindly, you should avoid this bakery/restaurant. We ate here a salad that was taken from a plastic dish and then served on a normal plate. Unlike most other restaurants, you will not get a piece of bread, but still you have to pay more if you eat the salad in the restaurant naturally, this is normal and acceptable, without a doubt, but it is much more for not getting a little bit of bread. You want to earn more money, so order them! You buy a bread roll. The quality of foods is on average good, but it does not make for the bad service they supply.
Very good bakery, the local coffee and a variety of pastries, sandwiches, chocolates, cakes and much more served!!! Very recommended, must visit when in Zollbrück....
