At the end of January, we tried to order from them for a group of 10 people. Nobody picked up the phone for hours. So we went there to order on location (for take away). The lady who was present told us that we had to order via Uber Eats (despite us standing right in front of her), but that that anyway, they were closed now. It was 8.55pm at that time. The website listed them being open until 9.30. After throwing a temper tantrum, she graciously allowed us to order. We waited outside, but she never came to get us when the food was ready. So it was half cold by the time we noticed it was done. The price was 245 Chf. I gave her 300 francs. She said thanks, and made no signs of returning any change. Only after asking her again to return the change, she went and got a bill of 50. I needed to tell her again to get the rest. It was out of the question that this rude behaviour would even get 1ct of tip. After this incident I left a message on the answering machine of their head company, but never even got a reply. So, obviously, their margin is good enough that they don't really need to care. Ah, yeah. The food tastes good, but it's also junk food. It's also basically the same super greasy fried chicken that bleeds oil through their take-away card bord boxes in every box. The only thing that changes is the dipping sauce or maybe occasionaly some sauce they pour on after frying. Coupled with this horrible service it means that I will never ever eat her or at any of their partner restaurants ever again.
