Deliver service friendliness: Customer service: About less than a month ago, i gave only -stars (for taking orders on phone) because it happened several times that they couldn’t take over the orders by phone properly. The customer manager of Dieci Oerlikon contacted me right away and was very concerned about my claims. They really tried to come up with my issue even sent me vouchers to make amends to this matter. When I gave it a chance last week to place my order by phone, they exactly knew right away which pizza I would like to order. Good customer service is important! Finally, I adjusted my reviews towards Dieci. Seeing this implementation in short time convinced me changed my opinion in a positive way. Grazie mille!
