good table that this rather chic mesa that offers a Mediterranean cuisine with a lot of research, nicely presented, attentive service. the restaurant is in a quiet residential area on the heights.

The food was fine and delightful. The restaurant is just opened since Jan 2017 of some young fresh team to show their passionate about foods. And most importantly the chef is sexy amazing.

There are a lot of things you can say about Mesa, but the most important thing is that the food is really excellent. Starters were a salad for my wife, asparagus soup for me. My wife's salad was built around soft goat cheese with green elements to compliment. My soup was bright and clear and full of asparagus flavor. Our main courses were pike perch for my wife, beef short ribs for me. The fish was delicate, light and flavorful. Perfect for a warm Swiss evening. The ribs were well prepared with a light sauce. They were accompanied by some really excellent fries. My wife had grilled pineapple for desert, it included some ice cream and was bright and savory. My chocolate cake was a powerful chocolate item balanced with ice creme. Mesa handled our need for gluten free dining very well, it simply wasn't an issue. They made a point to have gluten free bread ready for us, nice touch!Service was excellent, professional and friendly. In addition to the courses described above two amouse bouche appeared to enhance the experience. Overall a great evening.

you notice that the kitchen and the service harmonize, our visit was as a whole a particularly beautiful experience. the courts are incredibly kreatiw and meet the time spirit. you can compile your menu yourself, so is not bound to dishes and counts courses. from fish to meat, vegetarian or even vegan is something on the map for everyone. Although I am absolutely not vegan, one of them has tasted me very much. from apéro to the night after eating (it was two:) everything was very great. I recommend the mesa with very good sense: upscale kitchen, but in a wonderfully relaxed local.

We hade a great evening here. Great response from the staff who made us feel calm and relaxed right away. Checks made for special diets just to confirm and make sure, witch was comforting. We ordered the 4 course menu with wine paring to match. With some extra small dishes this was absolutely enough for us. Taco snack with tartar and Lentel and chickpea appetizers, Samlet cucumber miso ginger (this was a fab dish!) and the Swiss goat cheese beetroot celery. Grilled Flat Iron steak Cannellini beans radicchio di Verona BBQ and Chicken from the Swiss mountains with GF pasta kamut cabbage, 14 years old Swiss cow potatoes fava beans carottes de sable was a really nice main, Gâteau au chocolat rhubarb sorrel hay milk ice-cream is always a winner (who can say no to chocolate) and then they had a fantastic cheese table for the Cheese selection with fruit bread. This is absolutely a great place for dinner, it is a bit off from the town, I think this is a really good thing!
