When other places were shut this was a great find just after 9pm. great location if you're waiting for a tram. Colourful. Excellent patisserie. Welcoming service even when approaching closing time.
Café Felix at Bellevue is the café of Zurich’s Teuscher chocolatier famous at home and beyond Switzerland. A visit to this café bound to include a sweet treat, be it a mug of homemade hot chocolate or handmade pastries and cakes, or a delectable praline. Exquisite, simply delicious.
It was our last day in Zurich so I decided to go to this cafe recommend by our hotel staff that it's one of the best. It was only a 5min walk on a rainy day. Indeed it's the best as they only serve Teuscher chocolate and the decor is very classic and elegant. But my experience wasn't so great. The lady server was quite rude and not very welcoming. Perhaps of the language barrier? The food was only mediocre. One of the worst quiche I've ever had. Dry and thin. It was sitting at the counter and the lady wouldn't pick it up even when I told her it was ready. I'm quite sure it's not a self serve place. The best was the mocha. Can't go wrong with the best chocolate in Switzerland! Thick and chocolaty and 2 shots of espresso. Yumm. Would I go back? Most likely not. So many better choices to choose from.

Sat outside, not a big fan of exhaust fumes and honking so not so great. Service was friendly. You will pay top price for everything. Cappucino usually runs 5.50-6.50...here 6.80. There are far better choices on this block.
Stopped here while in the city for business. Had a client recommend this location which I was thrilled they did as we both thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, the staff very accommodating and friendly and the food very good.
This is an amazing cafe at Bellevue Zurich ....... Their decor is awesome & the grand staircase is picture perfect ....... Bedecked with fresh flowers & vintage mirrors, it takes one back to the Victorian Era ! ......... Their coffees are to die for
I go here everyday after school. This café is amazing to sit in/outside, do crosswords and talk to friends. I've made the acquaintance of one of the waiters "Rey" this past year and he's been really nice, when it comes to charging my phone, and needing something in general. I feel awfully comfortable there and as if they were family. Go and see for yourself! x
