There's a wide range of Indian restaurants in Zurich. This is the real deal. Very nicely seasoned and a nice atmosphere.

I don't usually write horrible reviews but this was our true experience of this place and I felt readers need to know truthfully before they decide. I was traveling with my niece, sister, and mom. As we walked toward the restaurant, we noticed the server was sitting outside the restaurant coolly. We came and stood outside the restaurant trying to figure out where the door was. He saw us standing and went inside the restaurant and we followed him inside the door. As he walked him, he didn't even care to keep the door open for my sister who was pushing the stroller behind him, practically slamming the door on her face. We went and opened the door for her so she could get in. Once inside, he vanished. We stood around wondering if we were seating ourselves or if we would be escorted to a table. Finally he comes around and points lazily to a corner table behind a wall which we couldn't really see from the door. Once we walked over there, he set down the menus and I asked him where the restrooms are. He started to walk away and I figured he just didn't hear me. Then as he proceeded to walk away, he pointed (with his back facing me) rudely to some corner of the restaurant. At no point in time did he turn around to face me as I spoke to him. We stood around for a few minutes, really confused and shocked. After about 10 minutes of deliberation and waiting (he did not come to provide us with a high chair for the child or water), we got up and walked away. I can't say what the food is like since we did not end up completing our stay at this restaurant. But the service was horrible enough for us to get up and leave, even though we were all starving. As I walked out, I saw the server strolling about the restaurant instead of coming back to check on us. Given their lack of consideration for customers, children, and women, I highly recommend NOT taking your food experience here.

They serve yummy Indian food. Its quite close to the actual Indian flavours and taste. Decently clean place. We ate almost 3-4 meals here.
On Friday night I was turned away from other Indian restaurants as I had no reservation. I was able to find seating in Kormasutra. Food was excellent. The spice level on the paneer spicy vegetable was perfect. Price level is as per Zurich standard. The restaurant even offered a free mango lassi. I was very happy with my choice.
Been at this location several times always great food and service . Staff is extremely friendly. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
we are pure vegetarian indian and . We have visited may countries too but didn't feel awkward like here .we have visited this restaurant in Apr 2017 with my family. We stopped this restaurant for a break because we want to sit ,eat and relax for some time but we found that the behaviour of staff is very rude and suprised because they do not expact any indian to visit their restaurant . Here the staff have mindsets that only Local People or other region people will come then they feel happy because they think by them they can make good money.request to all and indians that please avoid to go these kind of restaurants if you visiting Zurich .
