great food, attentive and accurate service. the environment is typical with a second room on the first floor. prevalence of typical Engadin dishes

with great joy we entered the Stüva in the 1st floor and were looking forward to a great evening.Leiders were not satisfied our expectations.The service was rather somewhat subcooled and the eating was absolutely not in the ambience.The capuns did not taste us and half the portion was very small. the salat as an appetizer was ok, but with too large leaves. amuse bouche and brot were very good. dessert zabaione was far too thin, rather a cream.The friandise to the coffee came after which we had drunk the coffee ready together with the required bill....It is clearly lacking the guide in the restaurant. the two service forces can not do this alone.We can't recommend the great stüva.

with our 6-month-old pargoletto, my wife and I were allowed to try a dinner here during the stay in Zuoz...the same group also belong the restaurant of the hotel engiadina and that of the hotel chamanna, but we chose here because the menu is more traditional. location: in square in zuoz, therefore magnificent location. outside the tables for aperitif/beautiful, inside the restaurant with typical, small and cosy furnishings. despite the size, no problem for our stroller and staff, friendly despite the pargoletto was a little nervous. menu: different dishes typical of the engadin, we opted for a mix in 2 of meats / cheeses of the area, really delicious and for the sausage of deer with rosti and fries, decidedly particular but very tasty. excellent crisps and roasts. as it enters and as from tradition, black bread and butter to spread, always appreciated. we are limited to water, which unfortunately costs a lot here. closure with vanilla ice cream, which for inexplicable reasons in Italy is never found. service: definitely good, favored by an evening with little people. courteous staff, kind and especially patient. so absolutely promoted. account: in Swiss is always the sorrowful note, you always pay as much as we are used to. to be in Switzerland, we are in the average, in the order of 30-40 francs per head. In conclusion. ..restaurant to be taken seriously during the stay in engadin, to try in winter when there will also be the game of season. Good.

we returned very gladly together with friends in this good restaurant. the environment is very nice and welcoming. the genuineness of food, regional specialties and the reception of staff is always at the most and reflects in full the level of the restaurant. I highly recommend the place. and recommend the excellent asparagus soup, the fresh and good panzanella, the delicious cotoletta and.

Friendly, flexible service, interesting wine list, committed chef, beautiful interiors. We had an excellent local dish and a desert we will not forget for some time.

all years back we return to our ski holiday in crusch alva. This time we accompanied a friendly Slovak service with respect but attentively through the evening. All the foods we enjoyed to fourth (from the nüsslisalat and the knödelsuppe as appetizers over the white calfsschnitzel, the trilogy of the wild with excellent latezli and the stone mushroom ravioli) were freshly prepared and tasted very delicious. to dessert - as we were mostly already rich - there was only a small sorrow with plenty of prune and a little prune with zimteis, which is also great sound stiess.The open wine with flake quality and preisen (bundner riesling from zizers and rocca rubia) could be decanted at the table. but this is only a small, only detail that has been noticed by us negatiw.The fine eating in the cozy ambiente in the arvenstübli made our evening in the crusch alva again one of the high points of the sport vacation. thanks to the host!

definitely positive experience for the genuineness of food and the reception of staff. the place is warm and welcoming. The dishes are all accompanied by typical contours that make them a pleasant and satisfying experience for those who want to immerse themselves in the gastronomic culture of engadin. for the Italians the prices are high but it is so throughout the Swiss: At least here you eat genuine and good food.
