Service do their best but at around 7:30PM it seems all very chaotic. But they do that themselves: walking empty-handed back to the kitchen, little efficiency. Part of the concept is loud music, which makes it sometimes in the already very noisy inside of the restaurant difficult to have a proper chat. This counts also for the backside terrace BTW. Might turn it down a bit, would be my advice - people are not there for the music. The terrace at the front is nice - reserve a table when the weather is nice. With respect to the food: we have been disappointed and positively surprised. Sometimes sushi is clearly from the day before (or earlier?), sometimes it is fresh. But please: if 2 people order 2 different first courses, please try to serve them together. Stop the crap with "we serve them when they are ready, to guarantee freshness", either align better, or keep the salad (!) cool while the spring-rolls are still in the frier. Really: other restaurants manage it, you should be able to do so too. Oh and stop serving half peppers with every salad and several dishes. It looks nice, but it is is utter food waste. How many peppers are thus thrown away every single day?
