If you are lucky enough to be in Adelboden, Switzerland then double down on your good fortune and have dinner at the Restaurant Alpenblick. The service was attentive and polite and the food was outstanding! Our group of 8 ordered 4 different items on the...menu and every one of them was delicious. Our server, co-owner and wife of the chef was so responsive and attentive to our needs from aperitif to dessert. Her husband, our chef prepared every dish with its own distinctive flavor and presentation. My friends and I travel all over the world for our vacations and we all agreed that the Restaurant Alpenblick in Adelboden is a true hidden gem. Go and enjoy!
the highest quality of food and cook throughout. the tuna-Ceviche star was one with which all others are now judged. the brain boiled with amazing skill and balance of the aromes. the gloomy. the open wine well chosen and quite expensive....The service perfect.
great eating and atmosphere in this family-run restaurant. combines intimacy, first-class eating and wein to a real Swiss food experience. the prices are absolutely fair. can't wait to go back.
