Hand Pulled Noodles Splendid Noodle 1320 Stony Brook Rd, Stony Brook, NY 11790 Lamian Chinese Nudel. Lamian is made by twisting, stretching and folding the dough in strands with the weight of the dough. The length and thickness of the strands depends on the number of times of dough. The handmade process involves taking a dough and stretching it repeatedly to produce many strands of thin, long noodles. Literal, là, means to pull or stretch while min means noodle. This unique method of producing noodles was created in China. Rating: (5 out of 5 stars) I have seafood noodles with vegetables and added a pan of roasted egg with vegetable broth. The noodles were so good and I also enjoyed the vegetable broth. It is hot, fresh and very fillable. If you want to make it a spicy, add the hot sauce. Friendly service that waitress saw that I fought with my files
A small place for dinner in cold weather. Your soup broth is so delicious. Noodles are made fresh. Staff are helpful. We went to dinner and had to wait 30 minutes to get our food. They were really busy taking our order, a large group of students Dine-in and only 2 chefs. Prepare some time when you choose this place
Oh, my God. This place has incredible broth!! The Noddles are house made so this was the best noodle shop I was anywhere near Riverhead. You have to try this place if it's within reach. The picture is the magnificent house noodles. This meal will increase these eyebrows!! Come and try it out!!
The subtle differences of a fresh handmade noodle hand stretched are difficult to convey in words, but it is worth trying! Oxtail soup was very good. It is rare that you can see oxtail outside the Caribbean or Southern cuisine!
