We had excellent Japanese food - more interesting, and flavoursome that anything we had during our 10-day holiday in Japan last year. Delightful setting, great feel.
Joined friends for a birthday lunch. Nice range of Japanese specialties all well presented. Excellent service and some nice ciders.

Brilliant food, creatively prepared in a great location. What a great addition to the Bellingen food scene. Breakfast, lunc, dinner all good. And the wonderful staff and owners? Can't speak highly enough - smiles at all times - love it...
Had dinner recently, sat outside under the heater, and had a very tasty meal. Service was excellent. Our lovely waitress was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly., and the food - delicious.
I'll be honest by stating up front that I have become a huge fan of Qudo. To the extent that must be sick of seeing my ugly mug. None the less they are too polite to say anything, and it's always big smiles and happy greetings.Dining - Outside has the east side patio or there's the large tables at the front and this is popular with families and those who have a dog. Inside dining offers bench style at the large open window, more intimate tables and a large table that is perfect for groups.Service - Japanese and Australian staff and they are all delightful. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Location - Last building on the right heading out of town to the west [formally a Masonic Lodge]. Parking close by can be an issue but well worth a short walk.Comparison - We try to take our Brisbane and Sydney guests to Qudo, and they are impressed with food, atmosphere, service and seating arrangements. Conclusion - We are so lucky to have this wonderful place in our little town. God was smiling down on Bellingen when Qudo opened it's doors.
