We ordered two delightful take-away meals from here during our week in Brissago. The quality is superb...even when packaged to go. Would highly recommended.
The food was good but the service was not welcoming and felt like we were being rushed Barely sat down and we were being asked about apero and while my friend was still eating, our plates were being cleared and we were being asked about desert. Staff does not seem happy/ seem stressed. Too bad the service is not as good as the food Does not make it inviting to go again.

We came to Kalea, wandered around Brissago and did not expect the incredibly sophisticated culinary experience we have. The location on the lake was just the icing on the cake. It's the food that makes Kalea great. And they always took up the dog of my friend with joy!
Very nice location on the lake. very friendly service personel.. but the food did not meet our (can be too high? expectations. With the Michelin Stars and the higher prices we expected a bit more .. The burger was a bit dry and had no special taste/ sauce. The ravioli were a bit too salty. We enjoyed our evening, but we found some restaurants that we would rather revisit.
Enjoy our evening with friends, the staff were fantastic although the restaurant was in full capacity. The shells were delicious and so was the linguine with shells. The first time here, but we'll be back as we have to try all the other goodies.
