Vienna does not have a "Chinatown" but it has several good Asia shops and restaurants. The Asia Restaurant "Lotus" or "Lei Lei" belongs to the good experiences of visitors to Vienna, provided they are looking for good Asian cooking.The place is situated a little outside the center but close to the "West Station" and can be reached by tram or bus. The restaurant is not big which results in a cosy atmosphere, the more as the tenant is very kind and helpful.We tried this restaurant several times - in 2013 we had a nice dinner and another day the "lunch meal" - and we were never disappointed. A picture shows the lunch meal which was completed by a soup or a spring roll. Prices are moderate - particularly the lunch meal is value for money. When we come next time to Vienna, we'll certainly have a meal at this cosy restaurant. A big round table allows serving meals for special occasions for 6 people and more.

Really good for selection so good for groups. Very friendly staff. One of the nicest Asian food I have had in a long time and very cheap. Definitely worth a try. All five of us left very happy
I found the atmosphere very nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My dinner was very nicely spice and we'll prepared. I would certainly revisit when I am in the neighbourhood in the future.
We stopped here for lunch.The service is average (not especially friendly but not unpleasant neither.I was a little surprised by the appetizer I ordered : I chose spring rolls and I had fried nems in my plates...Anyway the main course was good with curry prawns. The proportions were important and the price really low.Not the best restaurant of the city but certainly a good quality price ration
We went there quite often when we lived in Vienna for a short while. Great Chinese restautant! Very tasty food, friendry staff, and very reasonable. Highly recommended over other Chinese shops around there!
Good food and a nice atmosphere. The staff were kind and polite. Also not to expensive. Enough food on the plate. Will recommend this if you like Chinese.
