This is a really classy swiss hotel with a large restaurant...not a big hotel but everything was nice and clean. The chinese food was good in the restaurant.

This place seems to cater to large tour groups, who are up all night and pack up to leave early in the morning. Since the walls are paper thin, this also means you will be awoken all night. The bed is as soft as a pillow and the chair in the room was covered in disgusting stains. I didn't want to touch anything in the room because it was so dirty. Finally, after barely sleeping, we went down to breakfast at 7, when the breakfast room was supposed to open. Well, the room was still dark, so we rang the bell at the front desk to presumably wake up the employee who them came to set up breakfast. The croissants weren't bad, but the overwhelming smell of Chinese food throughout the halls of the hotel made it hard to have an appetite.
Very accommodating staff. Food was fresh and wholesome. My son has allergies and they took special requests just for him. Would recommend it to families and those looking for a high class meal at a reasonable price.
My whole family of 4 checked in on 3/7/14 and stayed for 3 nites at the apartment. It was such a cozy and nice place to stay. We had a good stay and my children enjoyed so much. Its location was marvellous with mostly walking distance to train stations i.e Interlaken Ost ., Interlaken West. So many eateries, shops & hotels are nearby. Thumbs up! Highly recommend to anyone.
A nice fill in at the end of the day. We had been cycling and had a hour to spare. Nice ride up and a good viewing platform. Great for views over interlaken
